Accessibility Statement
A moody, editorial site shouldn't be a hard one to use. Here's what that means in practice.
Last updated August 23, 2026
Our commitment
We want REFRAME to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or how they browse the web — keyboard only, screen reader, low vision, or motion sensitivity included. Accessibility isn’t an afterthought here; it’s part of how the site was built.
What that looks like today
- Semantic HTML and landmark structure throughout, not just for the parts that show
- Visible focus states on every interactive element, styled to match the site rather than stripped away
- The mobile menu traps and restores keyboard focus properly, and closes on Escape
- All interactive touch targets are sized comfortably for a phone screen
- Every animation respects your operating system’s reduced-motion setting
- Text contrast is checked against WCAG AA, not assumed
- Meaningful images carry descriptive alt text; decorative ones are hidden from assistive tech
Ongoing work
This site changes over time, and we check accessibility as part of that — not just once at launch. If something regresses or falls short, we want to know about it and fix it.
Run into a problem?
If any part of this site is difficult to use, tell us what happened and what device or assistive technology you were using, and we’ll look into it directly. Reach us at reframe.digitalagency@gmail.com.
