Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use the REFRAME website. Plain language, kept short on purpose.

Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, you agree to the terms below. If something here doesn’t work for you, the simplest option is to stop using the site and get in touch instead — we’re happy to talk through anything directly.
Use of this website
This site is here to show what REFRAME does and make it easy to start a conversation about your project. You’re welcome to browse it, share links to it, and use the contact form to reach out. You agree not to use it in a way that disrupts the site for other visitors, attempts to access it through unauthorized means, or scrapes it for purposes unrelated to evaluating our work.
Intellectual property
The REFRAME name, wordmark, and the design, layout, and original text of this site are owned by REFRAME. You’re welcome to reference or link to the site, but please don’t copy the design, code, or written content for your own use without asking first.
Client work shown on this site
Project examples shown in the Work section are shared with the relevant client’s knowledge. Screenshots, results, and figures reflect that specific project and shouldn’t be read as a guarantee of similar results for a different business. Any project we haven’t yet published permission for is marked as an example rather than presented as completed client work.
No guarantee of results
Marketing, advertising, and web development outcomes depend on factors outside any agency’s control — your market, your offer, platform algorithm changes, and more. Nothing on this site is a promise of specific results for your business. Case studies describe what happened for that client, in that situation.
Disclaimer
This website and its content are provided “as is.” We’ve built it carefully and keep it up to date, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly current at every moment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, REFRAME isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This doesn’t limit anything that can’t legally be limited, and it doesn’t apply to the separate terms of any signed client agreement, which govern actual project work.
External links
This site links to external platforms, including client websites and our social profiles. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information once you leave reframe-five-kappa.vercel.app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site or the business changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply within it.
